For Classes & Examinations that have not yet started:

 
Courses / Examinations for Children & Teenagers Courses / Examinations for Adults
When Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above or Red / Black Rainstorm is in force at or after only: When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force at or after:
6:00a.m.: All the morning classes / examinations starting before 2:00p.m. will be cancelled.
(All School campuses will also be officially closed in the morning till 2:00pm)
11:00a.m.: All the afternoon classes / examinations starting between 2:00p.m. and 6:00p.m. will be cancelled.
(All School campuses will also be officially closed between 2:00pm and 6:00pm)
3:00p.m.: All the evening classes / examinations starting from 6:00p.m. will be cancelled.
(All School campuses will also be officially closed from 6:00pm onwards)
2. For Classes & Examinations that have already started:
 
Courses / Examinations for Children & Courses / Examinations for Adults
Teenagers  
When Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted: When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted:
Classes: Immediately Suspend
Examinations: Continue until the end of that examination session unless the examination venue is found to be of potential risk to students.
When Red / Black Rainstorm Warning is in force: When Black Rainstorm Warning is in force:
Classes: Continue*
Examinations: Continue*
  Remarks:
 
1. *All outdoor activities will be suspend immediately and all teaching staff and students should stay in a safe place.
2. Make-up classes or examinations will be arranged as soon as possible. Students will be notified of the arrangement. Neither a further make-up class / examination nor refund will be re-arranged for particular students who cannot attend the scheduled make-up class / examination.
