1. To apply for the Award-bearing Programmes of Hong Kong Art School, please complete the relevant application forms:
  To apply for the Foundation Diploma or Higher Diploma Programmes, please complete the Award-bearing Programme Application Form [Form no: HKAS002]
  To apply for the Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) Programme, please complete the Award-bearing Programme Application Form for Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) [Form no: HKAS002(BAFA)]
  To apply for the Master of Drama Education/ Master of Drama Education with Honours Programme, please complete the Application for Direct Admission to Postgraduate Coursework Programs (Master of Drama Education/ Master of Drama Education with Honours)

Application forms can be obtained by the following ways:

 
In person from Hong Kong Art School Pao Haung Sue Ing Campus, 8 Tam Kung Temple Road, Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong.
By post to the above address (please enclose a self-addressed envelop with postage stamp to the value of HK$1.4)
Through Hong Kong Art School website www.hkas.edu.hk

Please make sure you meet the entry requirements of the programme you are applying for.

4.

For Award-bearing Programmes, a non-refundable application fee of HK$200 will be levied.

5. Please submit the completed application form together with relevant supporting documents, application fee and / or course fees as appropriate via one of the following ways:
 
In person to the Enrolment Office of Hong Kong Art School Pao Haung Sue Ing Campus, 8 Tam Kung Temple Road, Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong.

Admission

1. You will be informed of the selection arrangements and result as soon as possible after the closing date of application.
   
2. Hong Kong Art School reserves the right to accept or reject an application.
   
3. Places on Award-bearing Programme are non-transferable.
   
Payment Method
1.

Paid by Cash, Crossed Cheque or Bank Draft

 

By cash
Only applicable to enrolment make in person. Please DO NOT SEND CASH BY POST. Hong Kong Art School will not be responsible for any loss of payment sent by mail.

By crossed cheque / bank draft
Please make cheque / bank draft payable to the "Hong Kong Arts Centre" and put down the applicant's name and course code on the back of the cheque / bank draft. Post-dated cheque will not be accepted.

Receipts will be issued for fees paid but Hong Kong Art School will not be responsible for any loss of receipt sent by mail. If students request Hong Kong Art School to re-issue or issue an additional copy of receipt, an administrative charge of HK$50 will be levied for each copy.

Programme Cancellation and Refund
1. Fees paid are not refundable except as statutorily provided or under very exceptional circumstances.
2. Fees and places on courses cannot be transferred from one applicant to another.
3.

Hong Kong Art School reserves the rights to cancel any course and applicants / students who have enrolled will be notified and refunded in full. All refunds will be issued within one month.

 
Class Arrangement
1.

Unless special arrangements are made, there will be no classes on:

 

Public holidays

New Year's Eve (evening), Lunar New Year's Eve (afternoon & evening), Mid-Autumn Festival (evening), Winter Solstice (evening) and Christmas Eve (evening).
