Unless otherwise stated, the closing date for application is 7 working days before the course starting date. Late applications will only be considered if there are still vacancies.

Please make cheque / bank draft payable to the "Hong Kong Arts Centre" and put down the applicant' s name and course code on the back of the cheque / bank draft. Post-dated cheque will not be accepted.
By PPS
Not applicable to first-time applicants. Enrolment is valid only upon the applicant’s receipt of the corresponding Confirmation Invoice issued by the Hong Kong Art School. Please settle your payment only after receiving our Confirmation Invoice, the School will not be responsible for any PPS transaction done before that. The Confirmation Invoice will be issued by email only. Please provide us with a valid email address for the related processing.
By Credit Card Only applicable to first-time applicants. Please enclose a copy of both sides of your Visa / Master Card for verification. UnionPay Card is only accepted for the payment made in person at the Enrolment Office.

A Receipt will be issued upon completion of the total payment. Hong Kong Art School will not be responsible for any loss of receipt sent by mail. If students request Hong Kong Art School to re-issue or issue an additional copy of receipt, an administrative charge of HK$50 will be levied for each copy.
Course Cancellation and Refund
1.
Fees paid are not refundable except as statutorily provided or under very exceptional circumstances.
2.
Hong Kong Art School reserves the right to cancel any course and those who have enrolled will be notified and get full refund. All refunds will be issued within one month by mail to the last known address shown in the enrolment form.
3.
Fees and places on courses cannot be transferred from one applicant to another.
Entry Requirement
Unless otherwise specified, applicants should be at age 16 or above.
Admission
1.
Hong Kong Art School will issue official receipt to students to confirm admission to courses. Please make sure that all information printed on the receipt is correct and attend the course according to the time and place as specified. No confirmation letter will be issued separately.
2.
Unless otherwise specified, admission is made on a first-come first-served basis according to the date of processing the application.
3.
Hong Kong Art School reserves the right to accept or reject an application.
Transfer of Courses
1.
Application for course transfer should be made at least one week before the course starts.
2.
The transfer is only applicable to the short courses listed in the same brochure.
3.
Application form (Form No. HKAS003) is available from Hong Kong Art Schoo (Pao Haung Sue Ing Campus).
4.
As administrative fee of HK$100 will be levied for course transfer. The applicant is required to pay the course fee difference, if any, upon approval of the transfer application. Should the course fee of the new one be less than that of the original course, the difference shall not be refunded to the applicant.
5.
Hong Kong Art School may, at its discretion, reject the application of course transfer.
Class Arrangement
1.
Unless otherwise notified, those who have enrolled should attend the class according to the time printed in the Brochure.
2.
If you are not being notified of the teaching venue 3 days before the course starts, please contact the School Enrolment Office.
3.
Hong Kong Art School reserves the right to make any change with respect to the course details such as date, time, venue and lecturer.
4.
Unless special arrangements are made, there will be no classes on:
Public holidays
New Year's Eve (evening), Lunar New Year's Eve (afternoon & evening), Mid-Autumn Festival (evening), Winter Solstice (evening) and Christmas Eve (evening).

Medium of Instruction
1.
Unless otherwise stated, courses printed in English will be conducted in English, and courses printed in Chinese will be conducted mainly in Cantonese (or supplemented with Mandarin).
2.
If the course descriptions are written in both English and Chinese, the teaching medium will be Cantonese and / or English depending on the language used by the students.
Student Identity
Please bring along your course fee receipt to the class you attend or you shall not be allowed to attend the class. Hong Kong Art School reserves the right to request students to show their Hong Kong Identity Card to prove their identity.
Statement of Attendance
1.
Students can only apply for a Statement of Attendance if they have completed at least 75% of the course. Statement of Attendance may be issued within 1 year upon course completion but not thereafter.
2.
To apply for a Statement, please fill in an application form (Form No.: HKAS004) available from Hong Kong Art School Pao Haung Sue Ing Campus.
3.
Completed application form should be submitted in person or by mail to the Pao Haung Sue Ing Campus together with a handling fee of HK$50 plus a self-addressed envelope (A4 size) with postage value of HK$2.2. Cheque should be made payable to the "Hong Kong Arts Centre". Hong Kong Art School will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the Statement of Attendance by mail.
4.
The Statement of Attendance could also be collected in person.
School Regulation
1.
Eating and drinking are not permitted in all classrooms.
2.
All mobile phones and pagers have to be turned off during class.
3.
Smoking is prohibited in all premises of Hong Kong Art School.
4.
Notes taken in class, course materials and information supplied to students by Hong Kong Art School are for private study purpose only. The copyright of all these materials belongs to Hong Kong Art School.
5.
Audio taping, video- taping and any other kinds of recording activities in Hong Kong Art School are not permitted except with the permission of the Programme Coordinator, and is subject to conditions stipulated when such permission is granted.
6.
Hong Kong Art School has the right to expel students who disturb others in the class or do not abide by School regulations.
