Alternative Dwelling Space: Partitioned Suite for Living Hong Kong

(June 2011)

Led by Olive Leung, Lecturer / Programme Coordinator (Foundation Diploma in Visual Art), this project aimed to raise the awareness of people in the general public, related to people’s living in the grassroot sector and their physical and psychological challenges, as well as to explore the solidarity nature of neighbourhoods and communities. The project also aimed to promote students’ understanding of the living conditions in partitioned suites through literal and visual documentation. The literary and visual findings of the research were published in the form of a book. (Collaboration with Caritas Community Centre, Tsuen Wan)
