Operations Manager (School Administration) (Ref: MSA)
Job Duties:-
- Lead and manage the school administration function.
- Oversee the operation of the School’s Enrolment Office and service counters. Ensure the enrolment and enquires are well handled.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the School’s venues, facilities and equipment, including classrooms, campuses etc.
- Supervise a team of admin and facility staff.
- Refine and review the operational procedures in order to streamline the processes.
- Ensure the safety is aligned with the School’s requirement and make necessary enhancement if needed.
- Manage the budget planning and work closely with HQ admin team for procurement arrangement.
- With work location mainly at the School’s Chai Wan Campus (at Youth Square), and occasional work at the School’s Main Campus in Wanchai (at Hong Kong Arts Centre) and
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with working experience at supervisory level.
- Solid working experience in customer services would definitely be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership with effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
