Living with Heritage: Inherit and regeneration

COURSE FEATURES

Cultural Heritage is our legacy of physical artefacts and natural and intangible attributes of a group or society that are inherited from the past. We have been living with and maintained them in the present, so as to pass them on to future generations. This course will introduce the basic concepts of heritage, the current assessment and management system in Hong Kong and explore how heritage interweaves in our daily life through case studies of art and creative industries-led landscape, water, battlefield and living heritage regeneration projects.
